Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on coverage, renewals, and risk management across a broad range of industries.
Develop and service personal lines accounts for individuals and families, delivering tailored home, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverage solutions.
Oversee employer group benefits accounts from implementation through renewal, acting as the primary point of contact for clients across medical, dental, vision, and ancillary lines.
Support clients with individual life, health, disability, and Medicare solutions. Educate prospects and policyholders on coverage options and help them navigate enrollment and claims.
Provide accounting, tax planning, and financial reporting support across the Beach Financial Group family of companies, working closely with leadership and external partners.
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front-desk operations, scheduling, and administrative support for our advisory team.
Gain hands-on experience in insurance advisory, operations, and client services. Interns work alongside experienced professionals and gain real exposure to the full scope of our business.

Represent Beach Financial Group at local community events, health fairs, and financial literacy workshops. Help residents understand their insurance options and connect with free resources.
2–4 hrs/month
Lead or assist with workshops on insurance basics, Medicare enrollment, and personal risk planning — designed for underserved communities and first-generation policyholders.
Flexible
Assist the team with document preparation, client follow-up, data entry, and event coordination. Ideal for students or early-career professionals building experience in financial services.
